Return/Exchange

Items returned within 7 days of the package arrival date in same as new condition will be eligible for a refund. Limited edition items cannot be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Online purchases are not eligible for in person returns/exchanges at the flagship store.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used within 8-­10 business days of processing the return.

Once an exchange has been processed, you will be notified and provided a new USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing.

Returned items must be in new condition (not worn or washed) to the return shipping address on the package label. Please include a note that states:

1. Your order number

2. Requested action (Refund/Exchange)

3. Reason for return
