RETURN POLICY

Items postmarked within 7 days of delivery in the same as new condition, purchased from golfwang.com, will be eligible for a return. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used and will be processed within 8-­10 business days of receiving the return at the warehouse. 

GOLF will not refund the original shipping charges for both domestic and international orders,  with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

Washed or worn items are not permitted for a return, including jewelry and shoes.

Online purchases are not eligible for returns at the flagship store. Additionally, purchases made at the flagship store are not eligible for returns online.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN POSTAGE.

Please include a note in your package that states:

  2. Return
  3. Reason for return

EXCHANGE POLICY

Items postmarked within 7 days of delivery in the same as new condition, purchased from golfwang.com, will be eligible for an exchange. Only exchanges of equal value items are permitted. 

GOLF will not refund the original shipping charges for both domestic and international orders, with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

We cannot guarantee exchanges and a refund can be issued if your requested exchange is unavailable.

SHIPPING INFO

All orders placed on golfwang.com are shipped either USPS or DHL.

GOLF is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Domestic Shipping:

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use USPS to track shipping time.


Golfwang.com ships to all 50 states. Domestic shipping is a $10.00 flat shipping rate with FREE shipping on orders over $150, unless otherwise stated on the product or website.

Domestic taxes where applicable and will be presented upon check-out.

We cannot guarantee domestic delivery dates.

International Shipping:

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, international orders can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. Golfwang.com has no control and is not responsible for these tariffs or customs fees.

Golfwang.com ships worldwide using DHL Express and USPS Mail International for Japan, Russia, and Taiwan. International shipping is a $30.00 USD flat shipping rate, unless otherwise stated on the product or website.

We can not guarantee international delivery dates.

Order Cancellations:

Cancelling an order is only possible if your order has not reached the packing or shipment phase. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support.

You will be notified when your order is cancelled. Please allow 8-10 business days for a refund to appear back into your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.


During drop seasons, order cancellations should be made within 24-48 hours of purchase to ensure a successful cancellation and cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items can’t be edited.

Involuntary Returns:

Customers will be notified if their order is involuntarily returned back to the warehouse. Customers have 5-7 business days to respond to the notification regarding if you would prefer to receive a refund or if you would like us to re-ship your order. If you do not respond within that time frame, you will automatically be refunded and you must reorder.

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) via Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and Google Pay. We reserve the right to require additional identification verification for international or suspicious orders in efforts to prevent credit card fraud.

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
